We are pleased to announce our new repairs and servicing website portal. Here you will be able to input key information about your repair or service before we receive it. Upon receiving your goods we will assess the items and send you a breakdown of things we feel need doing via text message or email along with a price for any work to be undertaken. A simple YES or NO reply, will provide us with the information we need to move forward with your repair, if there are things you wish to discuss with your repair, reply NO and we will be in contact to provide you with further information regarding our assessment and to discuss what options you have available.

When you have given us the go ahead we will complete your work and provide you with an update on when they are leaving our workshop along with a tracking number. We always try to ensure your repairs are done as fast as possible, we work on returning your repair within 3-5 days of receiving them. When your items are being assessed we also look at how quickly the job can be done, whilst operating on a first come first served basis quick-fixes can sometimes be fitted into the same working day and you may have your items returned sooner. For more complicated work this can on occasion overrun 3-5 days so we always ask our customers to send in there non essential repairs when they have the spare time.
