How to order
1) From the product page, select the product and any options you may need.
2) Add the product to your Shopping Bag
3) Once you have finished shopping, click on Checkout
4) Enter your shipping details along with your billing address.
5) Select a shipping method and on the following page a payment method.
6) Check that the information you entered is correct, you will be required to tick the box stating you have read our terms and conditions of sale after which you will be able to complete your order by clicking "Buy Now".
After a few minutes you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the details of your order. From this moment on our workshop will take care of everything and as soon as the order ships we will notify you with another confirmation e-mail.
We do require customers to create an account with us so we have traceability over the products we send out, customers also have access exclusive areas and services dedicated to our customers.
We accept most major debit/credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard. We also accept payments via PayPal.

We aim to dispatch all "in-stock" products within 48 hours on a standard 3-5 day delivery period. Products which are "Pre-order" we aim to dispatch within 3-5 days on a 5-7 day delivery period. "Special order" products may take longer as they are not on the shelf items, which have to be manufactured especially and may incur extra charges. These rules apply to all EU nations, Rest of the world delivery is 7-10 days on all products. Delivery times are approximate, please refer to our terms and conditions for more information.
You have 14 days from receipt of goods to notify us of your intention to return goods.
Upon receiving your notification to cancel you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.
Goods must be returned unused and in original packaging.
Items our returned at your own risk and cost.
Upon accepting your returned items we have 14 days to either refund or exchange.

The answer depends on what you order and where we are shipping to. All our products are different weights, shapes and sizes so our website automatically calculates the delivery cost based on the items in your basket. Please click here for more information.
Yes! We manufacturer all our products from our factory in Birmingham, UK - so you can be assured of only the highest quality that you can rely on. We also stock some other manufacturer products such as grease and lubricant - the manufacturer will be shown. You can also filter by manufacturer on our shop page.
