This product has been uniquely designed by Dearson and our in house engineers, with the aim of resolving the issues of failing bearings in other style incisor handpieces. This is a multifunction handpiece that can work with the new range of specially designed burrs and discs. It is able to take the readily available 40mm discs with our unique designed spindle system. The attachment also comes with our custom made spindle and extensive tested 40mm or 45mm disc. With the whole handpiece made from stainless steel, this is able to get wet and then be dried with a towel after use.
